Cavan Town St Patrick's Day Parade 2013 took place at 12:30pm and despite inclement weather conditions a large number of Bands, Community Groups/ Organisations and Businesses took part in the Parade. People assembled from as early as 12:00 noon as the Webber School of Dancers were at the Market Square to entertain the early viewer. People assembled at key locations on the Parade route to ensure they did not the spectacle. Paul Cox compared the event and it was streamed live on www.cavantv.com.
